Donovan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) with a strong dedication to serving families and schools across the Chicagoland area. With over 5 years of experience, Donovan has consistently demonstrated the ability to improve the quality of life for learners by implementing evidence-based practices aimed at skill-building. Throughout Donovan's career, he have worked across various settings including schools, in-home environments, clinics, and nonprofits. He holds a B.A in Psychology from Chicago State University and a M.A in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.

Dr. Evisha Ford, LCSW, is a mother, thought leader, and Founding Executive Director of iCan Dream Center, a therapeutic school in Illinois for neurodiverse learners. With extensive experience in education and social work, Dr. Evisha is also an author and consultant specializing in trauma-compassionate leadership, cultural equity, and effective program design for diverse learners. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Aurora University.
